This is a state-certified driver’s education class. The class is offered over six times a year and includes 30 hours of classroom instruction along with the required in-the-car driving instruction and observation. home-schooled students could receive a discount on the total cost with a partial state reimbursement. (No on-line or mail-in registrations are accepted for this class.)

Defensive Driving, Advanced (3 hours)
If you took Basic Defensive Driving in the past three years, you may participate in this advanced defensive driving course. Your reduction in the liability portion of your auto insurance increases to 15% and you will receive an extension of your 3-point credit for another three years.
